Seasoned Sourdough Croutons

Ingredients
2.5 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp crushed or powdered garlic4 slices sourdough bread, cubed1/2 tsp dried rosemary1/8 tsp finely ground salt1/4 tsp finely ground pepper
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, saltd and pepper, and continue to heat for about 1-2 minutes. Toss in cubed bread and stir to cover in oil and spices for about 1-2 minutes more. Move to parchment paper covered baking sheet and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 15 minutes until golden, stirring every 5 minutes. Remove and serve immediately over salad or let cool and store until ready to use with salad. Makes 8 1/4 cup servings.
