Smoked Paprika Vinaigrette dressing

Ingredients
1 cup extra virgin olive oil1 cup red wine vinegar2/3 cup of raw honey1/4 cup chopped sweet yellow onion2 garlic cloves2 tbsp yellow mustard2.5 tsp smoked paprika1.5 tsp oregano1.5 tsp salt1.5 tsp black pepper
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until thoroughly emulsified (mixed so well they don't separate). Approximately 2 minutes.
