Fruit and Nut Granola Bars, Wheat Free

2 C quick cooking oats1/2 C packed dark brown sugar1 C almond flour2 Tbs flaxseed meal2 Tbs coconut flour2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1/2 C raisins1/2 C finely chopped dried apples1/2 C chopped walnuts1/3 C maple Syrup1 egg1/2 C vegetable oil1 Tbs vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. line a 9x13 pan with nonstick foil.
In a large bowl mix: oats, brown sugar, almond flour, flaxseed, coconut flour, cinnamon and salt.
Add raisins, apples and nuts.
In a seperate bowl whisk maple syrup, egg, oil and vanilla. Pour maple syrup mixture into oat mixture and combine well, using hands.
Press mixture into lined pan and bake until brown aroudn the edges about 25-30 minutes. Cut bars while warm but let cool before removing from pan.
