1 1/3 cup of Flax Meal2/3 cup of Almond Meal3 Egg whites2 Eggs3 tbsp of Olive or Sunflower Oil3 tsp Baking PowderSalt to taste1-2 tbsp of waterFlavor to your liking with herbs and spices
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
add wet ingredients to dry
Spread into Silicone Pie Tin
Bake @ 375 for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
