chickpea flour, onion, tomato, olive oil, coriander leaf, cumin seeds, salt, ginger, garlic, water
heat 1 tbsp olive oil for 30 seconds. put cumin seeds, chickpea flour and coriander leaf and cook for 2 minutes with continuous stirring. add salt and 3 cup water and microwave for 5 to 7 minutes. when pancake seems to dry let it be cool for 5 minutes. for gravy, put onion in 1 tbsp olive oil, saute it til golden brown then add tomatoes, ginger and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. add 1 cup water and pancakes and cook for 1 minute.
