Ingredients
1 1/2 cup buckwheat flour1/2 cup white flour1/3 cup oat bran1/3 cup wheat bran1/3 cup wheat germ1/3 cup corn meal1/3 cup ground flax1/3 cup seasame seeds2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt3/4 cup dried fruit (chopped)1 tbsp vanilla3 eggs2 cups buttermilk1 cup apple sause4 tbsp oil1/2 tbsp butter (to grease muffin tins)
Directions
Pre heat oven 400
Mix dry ingredients then add wet
Mix well and fill muffin tins 3/4 full
Cook about 20 minutes
Makes 24 muffins
