Ingredients
2 cloves garlic1 cup diced onions1/2 cup diced bell peppers1 cup cooked black beans, drained1 cup cooked pinto beans, drained1 cup frozen corn kernels1 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
Directions
Saute garlic, onions and peppers until onions are clear but not browned. Add rest of the ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.
