Ingredients
1/4 cup coconut flour1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon3 large eggs1/4 cup coconut oil12 scoops KAL Pure Stevia Extract1 T vanilla extract1 cup carrots, grated1/4 cup walnuts, chopped1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Oil mini muffin tins with coconut oil. Combine all ingredients and put into mini muffin pan. Bake at 350 F for 12 minutes.
