Pancakes - Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Applesauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup regular oats1 cup water4 teaspoons baking powder1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon2 tablespoons sugar1 cup skim milk1/2 cup egg substitute1 tablespoon canola oil4 oz. (snack size package) unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Cook oatmeal in 1 cup water. Let cool.

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Mix wet ingredients in a 2 cup liquid measuring cup. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until blended. Using a 1/4 cup dry measuring cup, cook the pancakes on a griddle coated with cooking spray.
