Low-Fat Banana Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
* Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup * Cocoa, Unsweetened, 2/3 cup * Fat Free Evaporated Milk, 1 cup * Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp * Banana, 2 large very ripe to over-ripe * Granulated Sugar, 2 cup * Egg White, 4 large * Vanilla Extract, 2 tspSemi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, 0.5 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°, spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips in a bowl.

Puree bananas, sugar, egg whites, evaporated milk, and vanilla with hand mixer or food processor till smooth.

Add in dry ingredients and pulse until just blended. Don't over mix.

Pour into prepared pan, bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: cut 13x9 pan into 4x6 for 24 brownies
