Ingredients
1 cup hazelnuts1/4 cup sesame seeds1 cup almonds1 tbsp coriander seeds1 tbsp cumin poweder1 tsp sea salt1 tbsp sweet paprika1 tsp turmeric
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Put the nuts and seeds on a tray, bake for 15 minutes, and do the same with the spices. Remove from oven and cool. When cold, put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until the mixture is crumbly. Pause between pulses to prevent overheating and therefore oiling up the mixture. Makes 2 1/2 cups, or 20 2-tablespoon size servings.
