Carrot Muffins

Ingredients
6 eggs1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend1 cup grated carrots1/4 cup crushed pineapple1 tsp vanilla1 tsp cinnamon1 c wheat bran 2 tsp baking powder1 c soy flour1/4 c raisons
Directions
Mix all ingredients in order
Place in 12 cupcake papers in a muffin tin.
Bake 350 degrees F for 15-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean
