Ingredients
3/4 lb lean ground beef1/2 c onion1 c celery1.5 c carrots2 clove garlic3/4 tbls Better than Bullion Beef Base4 c cabbage4 c water46 ounce tomato juice 2 T parlsey1 tsp red peper flakesThymeBasilSalt & Pepper
Directions
Brown beef and rinse. Add onion, garlic and celery cook til softened. Add tomato juice, water, carrots and cabbage -
Add seasonings to taste
simmer for 1 hour.
