Grandma's Coffee Dunkers

4 Eggs2/3 C Sugar1 C Splenda Granular1 t Cinnamon1/2 t Cloves1/2 t Nutmeg3 C Flour
1. Beat eggs well. About 5 to 10 minutes on high.
2. Blend sugar and Splenda together. Add sugar slowly to eggs.
3. Stir in spices. Add flour slowly until thick enough to hanbdle. Kneed in remaining flour. Dough is stiff.
4. Roll into log about 2" in diameter then flatten to 1". Cut into 3/4" slices. Dip knuckles in sugar and press into cookie.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
