Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
Olive Oil-2 tspGarlic-2 clovesRed Onions-chopped-1/4 cupBoca Meatless Ground Beef- 1 BoxBrown Rice-2 cupsTomatoe Paste- 6 oz CanWater-6 oz
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Start Rice water to boil. Heat Olive Oil. Brown Garlic and onions. Add Boca Meat. Add Cumin to season. Wash and core peppers, set in baking pan. Finish up rice. Add rice to beef. Add tomaote paste and water and mix thouguoughly. Stuff each pepper. Put 1/4 inch of water in baking dish to steam peppers. Let bake 60 minutes. May sprinkle cheese on to melt when finished, but remember this adds extra calories! Enjoy! Makes 4 individual peppers.
