Egg Beater Casserole

Ingredients
4 cups of egg beatersDiced link sausage Chopped OnionsChopped Green PeppersDiced Tomatosand a cup of shredded cheese
Directions
Pour 2 cups of the egg beaters into a small square pan or a baking dish and let the edges stiffen. Once the edges have stiffened with a fork or spatula softly scoot the edges into the center of the casserole, and let cook for 5 more minutes.

Now add all of you toppings evenly across the casserole.

Now add the remaining 2 cups of egg beaters and let cook until stiff.

Then sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese
