Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Ingredients
3 1/2 lb red potatoes, cut into pieces1/2 cup chopped onions1 lb. package baby carrots1 15 oz. can crushed tomatoes14 1/2 oz can beef broth1/2 cup flour1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce1 tsp. salt1 tsp. sugar1/4 tsp. pepper1 1/2 lb. beef stewing meat1/2 cup water.
Directions
1. Combine broth, water and flour in slow cooker. Whisk.
2. Combine all ingredients except beef in slow cooker.
3. Add beef in a layer on top of ingredients.
4. Cover. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Stir well before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 5-6 bowls.
