Hot curried rice

Ingredients
Small onion (diced)1 stick of celery (sliced thinly)3 cloves of garlic (crushed)Small box of raisins2 tbsp dessicated coconutoxo vegetable stock cube2tbsp hot curry powder.25 can of chopped tomatoesa little water to keep the mixture moist1 cup of cooked brown rice
Directions
Soften the onion and celery in a pan, add garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients except the rice. Allow to heat through for 5-10 minutes. Stir in rice. Ensure thoroughly heated through before serving.
