Slow Cooker Italian-Style Meatballs

Ingredients
72 oz 93/7 ground beef, organic, grass fed2 1/4 c Wegmans Italian Seasoned bread crumbs1 1/2 medium onion2 medium green bell peppers3 eggs1/3 c chopped fresh parsley6 tbsp Wegmans basting oil2 24 oz jars Tomato Basil pasta sauce1 28 oz can Wegmans Organic crushed tomatoes5 6 oz cans Wegmans Organic tomato paste
Directions
Combine beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, eggs, and parsley in a large bowl. Shape into meatballs, 2 oz each. Place on foil lined baking sheets and baste with the basting oil. Bake about 25 minutes at 350°F, rotating sheets halfway through if necessary.

Meanwhile, pour sauce, tomatoes, tomato paste and chopped bell pepper into a slow cooker. Stir to combine.

When meatballs have cooked, transfer them to the slow cooker. Cook 2 hours on high, and 4 hours on low.

Serving Size: Makes 44 meatballs plus sauce.
