Ingredients
4 Eggs1 cup of Wheat / Rice Flour1 finely chopped Onion1 small tsp Chilli Powder1/2 small tsp Tumeric Powder2-3 tsp finely chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Oil for frying Salt to tasteWater as required
Directions
Take a utensil in it add in broken eggs, wheat / rice flour, chopped onion, chilli powder, tumeric powder, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix these ingredients well add in little water only if the batter is very dry the consistency of the batter should be like that of pancakes / dosas, set this aside for atleast 2 minutes. Now heat in the non stick pan add in oil as the oil gets heated pour in the mixed batter and form medium sized dosas/ pancakes, cover the pan with the lid for 2-3 minutes then turn over for the other side to get cooked. Note this time do not cover. Serve it with Hot & Sour Tomatoe sauce.
