Cheese manicotti in ground chicken sauce

Ingredients
Sauce:~Cook ground chicken in a skillet, adding 2 tbs Worcestershire if you prefer a more "beefy" flavor.~Add jar of sauce and let simmer with chicken.~Place 1 ladle of sauce in the bottom of 13x9 baking dish.Pasta:~Combine 1C ricotta and 1C cottage cheese and egg in blender or food processor until smooth.~Wash and chop spinach, add to cheese mixture. Pulse to combine. Don't over-process or it will be a green blended mix instead of flecks of spinach.~Scrape cheese mixture from bowl or blender into a large ziplock or piping bag. Cut a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag and fill each shell.~Place each shell in the pre-sauced pan, top with rest of sauce and bake for 30mins or until sauce bubbles.You can top with shredded cheese if you wish.
