1 quart low sodium organic vegetarian broth1/2 quart low sodium organic chicken broth3 potatoes2 large carrots1 medium onion4 garlic cloves2 large celery stalks4 brussel sprouts1 cup soaked white beans1 large sprig rosemaryseveral sprigs parsleythymeturmericcumin1/2 tsp. jalapano pepper
