Cecil's Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
1 green pepper, chopped1 red pepper, chopped1 yellow onion, chopped1 sweet potato, cubed1 can black beans1 can no salt added diced tomatoes4 8 oz. cans no salt added tomato sauce2 packets chili seasoning mix (like McCormick or Kroger)1 lb. ground turkey*water, as needed
Directions
Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes to crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Add water until chili is slightly thicker than desired consistency. Slow cook for 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Towards the end of cooking, add more water only to reach desired consistency.
