Brown Rice and Quinoa Risotto

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Olive Oil1/2 cup Brown Rice, medium grain1/2 cup TruRoots Organic Quinoa4 cup Kirkland Organic Chicken Broth3 sprigs Thyme, fresh1 cup Peas, frozen
Directions
Heat olive oil in saucepan. Rinse Quinoa. Brown rice in oil and add quinoa. Add broth and thyme and bring to boil. Turn down to simmer and finish until rice is done. Add peas and stir. Serve
