Chocoloate chip soft cookies

Ingredients
Flour, white, 2 cupBasing Soda, 1tspBrown Sugar, .75 cup, unpackedGranulated Sugar, .5 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tbspchocolate chips, semi-sweet, about 35 chipsEgg, 1 large Egg Yolk, 1 largeNatural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.75 cup
Directions
Pre-heat oven at 325degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine sugars, vanilla extract, apple sauce, egg, and egg yolk. Beat until combined. Stir in dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop rounds by the spoonfull onto a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 - 15 min. Let cool for at least 10 min before removing.
