Italian Crockpot Chicken

1 Egg1 c. Nonfat Cottage Cheese1 package of Italian Salad Dressing Dry Mix1 can of Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup4-5 chicken breasts (frozen or defrosted)3 cloves of GarlicBlack pepper1 box of Whole Wheat Pasta (Penne is good).5 c. Parmesan Cheese
Mix cottage cheese & egg in a separate bowl
Add remaining dry ingredients & minced garlic to the bowl
Set bowl aside
Place frozen chicken in crockpot
Pour mixture over chicken
Cook on low 5-6 hours or on high for 4 hours
30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to box's directions
Shred chicken
Add cooked pasta to crockpot & switch to warm
Sprinkle with parmesan & mix
Serve with a smile
