Asian Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground turkey1/4 c. minced onion3 tbl. chopped fresh parsley2 tbl. worcestershire 2 tbl. minced green pepper1 tbl soy sauce1 tbl cold water1 tbl grated fresh ginger1/4 tsp pepper2 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
3 Servings

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until well mixed.

Divide into three equal portions and form into patties about 3/4 inch thick.

Spray skillet with non-stick spray and cook burgers over medium high heat turning a few times until done.

Very good topped with Chinese hot mustard!
