Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp *Rice Dream Egg Nog, 12 oz
put two medium bananas in freezer and freeze for 3 hours or overnight.
Remove frozen bananas from freezer and put in blender with egg nog flavored rice milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend on high until it reaches consistency of pudding. Keep chilled and serve in 1/2 c. serving containers.
Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 c servings.
