Daily Salad

Ingredients
Fresh Spinach - 1 package Zucchini with peel – 2Cucumber with peel - 2 cucumbersGrape Tomatos - 1 whole container (8-10 oz)Radicchio - 1 small headFrisee, 1 head/bushel Endive (yellow) 1-2 headsButter leaf Lettuce – 1 head
Directions
Rinse all veggies, dice zucchini and cucumber (diagnally)
Hand shred all bushels/heads of greens.
mix all veggies, except for the cucumbers/tomatos.

In a large salad container...place the mixed salad and then Lay the cucumbers and tomatos on the top of the salad.
