chicken parmesan risotto

Ingredients
* risotto/arborio rice 2 cup * Chicken Broth, 7.5 cup * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Garlic, 1 clove * White Wine, 0.25 cup * Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
Directions
In pot boil broth
In separate pan fry crushed garlic and olive oil for 2 min on med heat. Add risotto/arborio rice. Stir cook 2 min. Add wine. Simmer 5 min. Add broth slowly, stirring constantly. In separate pan fry cubed chicken breast. Continue adding broth over 30 min time. When all added add cheese. Stir. Add chicken. Stir. Add salt to taste. Serve.
