Carbquik Crispy Pizza Crust

4 oz cream cheese2 large eggs1/4 shredded parmesan cheese1/4 tsp garlic powder1/2 c Carbquik2 oz Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour6 oz shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Whisk cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except mozzarella and stir until well combined. Add mozzarella. Drop dough on 15 inch round pizza pan and roll out to cover pan. Bake 18-20 minutes at 400, until golden brown.
Let stand 10 minutes or refrigerate until used. Top and bake 15-20 minutes at 375.

Finally a low carb pizza crust that tastes good!!! Thank You thank you!!
The only thing different I did was to press the dough into a 9 X 13 pan and then bake it like a pan pizza. This is because the dough was a little sticky to roll...It still can out great. Be sure to grease the pan well. - 7/22/15
