Miracle Breakfast Cream (from french women don't get fat)

Ingredients
1 cup of plain greek yogurt1 tsp of flax seed oil1/2 c. old fashioned oats1 tbsp of ground nuts (I use a combination of hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds and pecans in the food processor and then store the remainders in the fridge for the week)juice and pulp of either 1 meyer lemon or two clementines
Directions
mix the yogurt and flax seed oil, pour the oats on top, followed by the citrus juice and pulp. Let it sit for a minute (to soften the oats) before mixing in the nuts and combining well.
