Moist Banana-nut Bread

2 eggs, beat fluffy1 C granulated sugar1 tsp.each soda/cinnamom1/4 C milk1/3 C applesauce, unsweetened2 T Canola oil1C White Whole Wheat Flour1 C Unbleached All-purpose Flour1 tsp Vanilla extract1/2 C walnut pieces2 Med. Ripe Bananas, mashed
1. Creme together eggs, cinnamon & soda
2. Add Flour alternately with applesauce, oil & milk
3. Mix well with mashed bananas
4. Stir in vanilla & nuts
5. Pour into prepared pan ( grease & wax paper bottom)
6. Bake until toothpick comes out clean.
7. Cool 10 minutes.
8. Remove from pan.
Serving Size: 1 Medium loaf - 16 slices
