Anna's Hummus

* Garbanzo Beans (dry) * Olive Oil, 0.25 cup * Garlic, 3 cloves, squashed * *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp * Paprika, 1 tsp * *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields * Salt, 1 tsp * *Sumac (dried), 1 servingChili flakes (to taste) * Sesame Oil, dash
Simmer garbazanzo beans until tender but not mushy (about 4 hours) and rinse until cool.
Heat oil in small frying pan and saute garlic, cumin, paprika until fragrant then allow to cool briefly.
Puree chick peas and aromatic oil along with remaining ingredients.
Serving Size: Yields 3 cups = 12 quarter cup servings
