Ingredients
14 oz. Lamb, boneless leg, trimmed to 1/4" or less fat, cooked, and shredded1 cup Green Beans, cooked or canned1 cup Carrots, cooked or canned, slices1/2 cup Gravy from cooked lamb or brown gravy 1 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper, black1 cup Mashed Potatoes1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Directions
Since everything here is cooked ahead, place the meat, vegetables and gravy and salt and pepper in a pan and bring to a simmer. Spoon out into a large pie plate or individual pie dishes. Cover with mashed potatoes and cheese. Put into oven set at 350�F until heated through, about 30 minutes.
