Thai turkey & noodle salad

Ingredients
Salad: Cabbage, fresh, 5 cup, chopped Carrots, raw, 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" Scallions, raw, 3 medium (4-1/8" long) Turkey (light meat), 2 cup, chopped or diced Dressing: *Peter Pan Reduced fat creamy peanut butter, 6 tbspLime Juice, 0.3 cup *Molasses, blackstrap, 2 tbsp*Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Garlic, 3 clove *Sambal Olek, 1 tbsp (or chili paste, or hot pepper flakes)Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp PastaRice Noodles, 4 cup
Directions
simply boil the rice noodles per package direction. Everything else you just mix together! (dressing in one bowl, salad in the other and combine!)
