Ingredients:Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) green peas (kroger), 4 cup (green beans (kroger), 4 cup Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) ground sausage, 12 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp de boles rice spirals gluten free noodles, 8 oz
throw all veggies into a microwave safe container and steamcook veggies in microwave about 6-8 minutes
(I do not add water), put box of noodles in pot and boil noodles until desired cooked state. you can microwave or pan fry your sausage until fully cooked. Drain sausage. Drain noodles. MIx veggies, noodles, sausage and add olive oil. You can add seasonings for additonal flavor
