Banana Bread - Healthy Version

Ingredients
1 cup unbleached white all purpose flour1 cup whole wheat flour.5 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda.5 cup unsweetened apple sauce.5 cup sugar3 large or 4 small bananasdash of lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bread pan with cooking spray.

Mix flours, salt, baking soda and baking powder in one bowl. Mix apple sauce and sugar in another bowl. Blend the two mixtures. Mash the bananas with a dash of lemon juice until smooth. Stir into the flour/applesauce mixture.

Pour into bread pan and bake 50 minutes. Bread is done when tooth pick comes out clean.
