Green Soup

Ingredients
Zucchini, 4 cup, choppedKale, 4 cup, chopped Leeks, 1 leek Onions, raw, 1 large Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Carrots, raw, 2 medium Soy Milk, 48 fl ozChicken Broth or parve chicken soup base, 2 cup (8 fl oz)Basil, 2 tbspOregano, ground, 2 tbspPepper, red or cayenne, .5 tbsp ground cummin .25 tbsp
Directions
Chop all vegetables and throw into a stock pot to boil.
Boil them down until they are almost mushy.
Blend the soup with either a hand blender or blender.
Add all spices and bring soup back to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium/low and continue to cook for 15 mins. Let cool and serve.
