Food Nanny tuna noodle casserole

Ingredients
1.5 cups of whole grain, whole wheat egg noodles;1/2 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup;1/4 cup of sour cream;1/4 cup of milk;1/4 cup of mayo;1 can of tuna drained;1/2 can of corn;1 cup shredded cheddar cheese;1/8 tsp salt;1/8 tsp of ground black pepper;1/2 tbsp of lemon juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13" baking dish. Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat the soup, sour cream, milk and mayo in a sauce pan over low heat. Stir to combine. Mix in tuna, corn/peas, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and 1 cup of the cheese. Stir until heated through. Drain cooked noodles and put them back in the pot. Add tuna mixture. Mix and pour into prepped baking dish. Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top. Bake another 10 to 15 minutes.
