Peppered Beef Breakfast Steak Over Wilted Spinach

5 oz skirt steak1/2 Tablespoons sriracha or other hot chile sauce1 1/2 Cups baby spinach1/4 Teaspoon salt1/2 oz pepper jack cheese, shredded1/2 Teaspoons canola oil
1. Brush both sides of each steak with chili pepper sauce and set aside.
2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil, then steaks. Cook 2�3 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove and cover to keep warm.
3. Add spinach to the same skillet. Cook about 1 minute, or until spinach is wilted. Season with salt. Stir in cheese and cook until it melts.
4. Serve each steak on a bed of spinach.
