Rustic Tomato Soup

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onion1 Tbsp butter4 cups chicken broth28 oz diced tomatoes6 oz tomato paste1 tsp dried basil leaves1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves1/4 tsp pepper1/2 cup light sour cream
Directions
In large saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in broth, undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, thyme and pepper. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To serve, ladle soup into bowls. Spoon dollop of sour cream on top of soup.
