Chicken Taco Stew

Ingredients
1 16oz can of black beans (drained)1 can cream of chicken soup 98% fat free1 cup of salsa (or more if you prefer)1 packet low sodium taco seasoning1 packet hidden valley ranch seasoning1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breastBrown Rice optional
Directions
Spray crockpot with cooking spray.
Place chicken in the bottom. Sprinkle taco and ranch season packets on top.
In a bowl mix together cream of chicken soup, salsa and black beans. Pour over top of chicken. Cook for 5-6 hrs on LOW or 3-4 hrs on HIGH.
Can be placed over a bed of rice and garnished with sour cream and cheese!
