½ C Xylitol Brown Sugar Blend (Ideal) (Or 1/8 splenda)1 - 4 oz. jar baby food applesauce (1/4 cup nonsweetened applesauce)2 tsp. ground cinnamon1 ½ tsp. ground ginger½ tsp. ground clove1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda½ tsp. salt2 tsp. vanilla extract4 large egg whites1 - 15 oz. can of raw pumpkin2 C oat flour2 scoops vanilla whey protein (I used Herbalife Pro& Cookies and Creme flavoring. This will alter the recipe if you use whey protein)½ cup almond milk (Or 1/2 cup low-fat milk)½ C chopped walnuts (optional) (I used 1/4 cup to cut the calories to 2 bars=100calories. If you use 1/2 cup of almonds it will alter the calories by adding 11 calories for 2 bars)
Serving Size: 24 Bars, but you can eat 2 bars=100 calories
