Cream of Corn Soup

Onions, raw, .5 cup, finely chopped Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) finely chopped margerine healthy attitude omega 3, 2 tsp *Flour, 1 tbsp cream corn (canned), 4.32 cup (19 oz can) evaporated skim milk, 1 canparsley flakes
saute onion and celery in margerine til soft.
season with salt/pepper. remove from heat, stir in flour slowly.
return to medium heat and cook 4-5 minutes, don't brown.
remove from heat, slowly stir in milk.
Return to heat, cook for 5 min over med heat, stir often.
stir in corn, and parsley, adjust seasoning to taste.
Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
