Healthy & Delicious Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Pasteurized Egg Product1 clove garlic, minced1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste1/2 tsp dijon mustard1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce2 Tbs fresh lemon juice2 Tbs olive oil1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheesesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg product, garlic, anchovy paste, mustard, worcestershire, and lemon juice. Slowly add the oil in a steady stream, whisking the whole time. Stir in the parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
