Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts2 Can Rotel1 Can Pinto Beans1 Can Black Beans1 16 oz can Tomato Sauce2 Tbsp Chili Powder2 Tbsp Cumin Powder1/2 can Light Beer (or Chicken Broth or water)Salt to Taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into Slow cooker on Medium for 4 hours or Low for 6 Hours. Before mealtime, shred the chicken and put it back into the pot. Serve with shredded cheese or Sour Cream or both. Also delicious with tortilla chips or Fritos, if you have the calories.
