Ingredients
Beans, navy, 3 cupsSerrano Peppers, 2 peppersPepper, Poblano 2 Peppersdried garlic, 3 tbspDried Onion Flakes 3 tablespoonsChili powder, 4 tbspBrown Rice, medium grain, dry 2 cupsCanola Oil, .25 cup
Directions
1. Put crock pot on high & add oil.
2. Seed and finely chop peppers.
3. Add all spices and peppers to oil. Stir until coated, then wait 20 minutes.
4. Add beans & rice & stir.
5. Add water until it's about 1" below the top.
6. 2 hours on high, at least 6 on low (hey, 12 hours works too!)

Serving Size:�Calculated at 16 cups, which is approximate size of almost-filled 5Qt. crock pot.
