Ingredients
Arugula, 4 cupRed Wine Vinegar, 3 tbspLemon Juice, add as you likeOlive Oil, 2 1tspPure Via Sweetener (1 packet, 1g), 1 servingGarlic powder, .5 tspPepper, black, 3 dashSalt, 2 dashGorgonzola Crumbles, 8 tbsp
Directions
Mix arugula with whatever other crunchy veggies you'd like.
Mix other ingredients (except for gorgonzola) together in a blender.
Toss salad in dressing, sprinkle on gorgonzola and serve.
