Kathy's Blueberry Yogurt Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
4 cups ice12 oz 2% milk1 1/2 c frozen blueberries, unsweetened1 c low-fat vanilla yogurt2 scoops Whey Protein (I use Jillian Michaels)1 banana
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth!
